Davis Commercial Services acquires Alan Bush Installations

Specialists in supply chain solutions for commercial refrigeration, Davis Commercial Services (DCS), has acquired Alan Bush Installations. The agreement expands the company's offering to its customers, who now have access to an enhanced range of end-to-end logistics processes for the lifecycle of their commercial refrigeration.

Alan Bush Installations (ABI) is well-known for installing refrigerated display cabinets into supermarkets, having been built up over three decades. Its team is respected for its wealth of experience and reliability, with over fifty highly skilled installation engineers. Under the new management, ABI will continue to trade as normal, enhancing opportunities for its existing employees and customers in the retail sector, building upon its thirty-year legacy.

The addition of the ABI business means all current and new customers of both organisations have access to improved, end-to-end supply chain services for their refrigerated display cases, plant equipment, and cold stores. This covers everything from storage, distribution, project management and installation, to removal and recycling.

Having all services available under one umbrella group provides not only one point of contact for multiple requirements, but also saves clients’ time and money. The coordinated approach to project delivery reduces carbon emissions during transportation too.

Matt Davis, director of Davis Commercial Services, said: “We are extremely happy to welcome ABI into the DCS family and look forward to supporting all our customers, both existing and new. With our high standards and the full suite of supply chain services available, we are excited for what the future holds and the support we can provide the commercial refrigeration industry for years to come.”
