Cold Store Rentals (CSR), the temperature controlled storage specialist, recently worked with leading catering supplier and manager, Sodexo, to provide cold storage for three kitchen refurbishment projects at Royal Ascot.
In addition, the team at CSR helped Sodexo with the installation of another facility in the main pavilion drinks store, further to the work completed last year at the same venue on champagne and keg stores.
The installation served as not only a vital upgrade but the additional cold storage will ensure the Sodexo catering team have sufficient space in each of their core level kitchens.
Each of the new cold rooms was custom-built from Colsec 80mm cam-lock panels, and uses Riva cold refrigeration systems and lighting.
