The new updated ITE TE-7 Tube expander kit now has seven heads supplied in the kit including TWO 3/8" expander heads and is supplied in a strong metal carrying case.
The other heads included in the the kit are:-
1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 7/8" and 1.1/8"
The TE-6 has several design features to ensure quick and easy operation by the engineer including an out of center rotation point alowing all expansions up to 1.5/8" to be made in one step and using 40% less force than other designs.
Faster operation can be acheived because the spring loaded push rod always follows the eccentric end of the lever and never sticks.
The faceted cone ensures equal linear expansion of all segments producing regular wall thickness and the floating head segments with circular spring ring keeps segments together yet allows for free travel.
No special tool required for disassembly of heads and replacement springs and expander pins are available to extend service life.
