Ashbury Associates Limited is an independent recruitment consultancy, specialising in the recruitment of engineering, technical, sales and management staff, particularly relating to the refrigeration, air conditioning, H&V and building services industries. We have recruited engineers and managers in sales, design, manufacturing, projects, installation, service and maintenance and have assisted organisations throughout the UK and in many other areas of the world with their specialist recruitment requirements.


We firmly believe in 'Quality rather than Quantity' and approach a company's recruitment brief and a candidates search for a suitable job, with an equal amount of attention to detail. We take a great deal of care in the selection of the candidates that we submit for vacancies and the jobs that we discuss with our candidates, making every effort to ensure that they match each others requirements.


We maintain registers of quality candidates, generated and updated through composite advertisements in the major refrigeration, air conditioning, H&V and building services trade media and when appropriate national and regional press, along with specialist websites. In addition to being able to introduce candidates from these registers we are able to offer a full range of services, which include 'Search & Selection' assignments and specialised recruitment advertising.


Ashbury Associates are full corporate members of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation and both Terry White and Roger Price have held full individual membership status for over eight years each.


Terry White has been involved with recruitment within the Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and H&V sectors since 1987 and has held management positions with recruitment companies in these sectors for many years. Terry's background prior to this was as a sales and design engineer within the refrigeration and air conditioning industries and he worked for a number of leading companies during this time.


Roger Price became involved in the recruitment industry in 1983 and since 1985 has specialised within the Refrigeration, HVAC and Building Services sectors. He too has held management positions with specialist recruitment companies since 1988. Roger commenced his career in recruitment on his return to the UK, having spent the previous 11 years working in mining and engineering environments overseas.
