The HB-451 portable hydraulic tube bender is designed for bending soft inch copper and is supplied complete in a robust ABS plastic carrying case.
The HB-451 come complete with everything needed to form a varity of bends including 7 shoes for bending 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4" and 7/8" outside diameter tubes.
The three 3 steel counter formers are quick and easy to change and the 10 - 12 former bar is used when bending 1/4", 5/16" and 3/8" tube, the 14 - 17 former bar is used for bending 1/2" and 5/8" tube and the 18 - 22 former bar is used for bending 3/4" and 7/8" tube.
The HB-451 is a versatile tool and will bend annealed copper tube to a max of 22 mm Dia.x 1.5 mm, annealed stainless steel pipe to a max of 22 mm dia x 1.2 mm, bendable steel pipe to a max of 22 mm dia x 2 mm and double-coated aluminium pipe
The main features of the HB-451 include an aluminum die-cast and steel body pump with double hydraulic circuit die-cast aluminium shoes and counter formers made in galvanised steel with die-cast aluminium laterals to ensure a long and reliable service life.
