All trained Mi Pro installation partners must be FGAS certified and can offer up to a 10 year warranty on ALL products and support the longest maintenance contracts. To validate this warranty a minimum of one Mi Care visit must be recorded by the Mi Pro Partner (original installer) via the Midea Mi Pro Portal at least once per year. Annual Mi Care visits are important for product efficiency and
reliability and encourage the end user to maintain our products every year to keep their warranty valid.

To support this further, Midea is offering a Mi Pro Care Credit* of up to £150 per system on the successful registration of 1st years’ service visit on the Midea Mi Pro Portal.

All Mi Pro Partners have access to their own unique Mi Pro Portal account which logs all systems which have been purchased. The Mi Pro Portal highlights annual Mi Care service dates with the option to set annual customer reminder emails to book a Mi Care service visit in order to maintain the warranty cover. The portal can also send service sheets via email all at the touch of a button. It’s easy to view Mi Care Credit via the portal and calculate discount claims off future orders.

Mi Care Service Visits

Annual Mi Care service visits are important for product efficiency and reliability and encourage the end user to maintain Midea products every year to keep their warranty valid.

Mi Pro Partners receive a 10 year warranty on ALL products – to validate this warranty a minimum of one Mi Care service visit must be recorded by the Mi Pro Partner (original installer) via the Midea Mi Pro Portal at least once per year. This gives Midea Mi Pro Partners the opportunity to win maintenance contracts of up to 10 years.

All service contributions are displayed as Mi Care Credit when logged into your company Mi Pro Portal. Mi Care Credits can be used by Mi Pro Partners on future discount only and will be available for use immediately after the first service visit ,one year after installation
