Trainer / Assessors (NW Training Centre)

Practical Refrigeration Training Centre is an independent training company currently seeking Trainers and Assessors.

A wide range of commercial courses are offered, from basic to advanced, with growing numbers of NVQ groups at both Level 2 and Level 3.

New courses are being developed, alongside bespoke courses, to offer variety and new challenges for the right people.

Start date: Immediate

Position type: Permanent

Working Week: 9am until 5pm Monday – Friday when at Centre

Based in Burnley, Lancashire, the facility’s major strength is its wide range of typical refrigeration and air conditioning systems to give practical hands-on training. 

The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years’ experience in the RAC industry, some of it in the field, with assessor/teaching qualifications and/or some experience with ammonia and hydrocarbons as an advantage, but not essential. 

These full-time roles will be mainly based at the Centre with occasional on-site work. Everyone will need to provide an enhanced DBS certificate although this can be obtained upon joining. 

Salary and package negotiable.
