We currently have a vacancy for a Service Centre Manager in the Southampton area. This is an ideal position for an established refrigeration service manager, or a supervisor keen to take the next step, and is a fantastic opportunity to manage a thriving service branch.
Role
- Responsible for managing and motivating a service team, maintaining existing clients and developing new business.
- Evaluate and report on service centre performance and forecast short term future business.
Qualifications & Knowledge
- ONC/OND level (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Business administration understanding
- Minimum three years’ supervisory / managerial experience
- Significant experience within refrigeration, air conditioning or process engineering markets
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good man management skills
