Main duties:
- Processing orders on our online shop and via telephone/email enquiries
- Booking installation projects
- Dealing with a high volume of sales calls/emails and providing customers with air conditioning product information
- Formulating installation quotations
- Actively generating new sales
- Undertaking non-intensive web page updates
An experienced sales and/or air conditioning background would be a distinct advantage, as would a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Excellent written, verbal communication and numeracy skills are essential, together with the ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload. Attention to detail and experience in working in a confidential environment is also paramount.
Adequate handover time will be provided. The role will be for a fixed term of 18 months, with the possibility of an extension/permanent offer.
Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 per annum (depending on experience)
