KD Scroll and hermetic condensing units are ideally suited to convenience stores, forecourts and cold room applications, particularly for outdoor installation in noise sensitive locations.
The KD range of units has been specifically developed for the UK market to suit convenience store and forecourt applications, as well as cold rooms.
The weatherproof housing allows for installation outdoors and the units are fitted with ancilliary items to allow quick and easy on-site installation. Low noise levels mean they are suitable for noise sensitive locations.
All are fully equipped to a high specification, with a weatherproof powder coated galvanised steel casing and anti-corrosion Blue Fin coated condenser coil. The KD Scroll models are fitted with a Copeland scroll hermetic compressor, whilst the KD Hermetic models use a Danfoss hermetic reciprocating compressor.
As standard all units are factory fitted with a fan speed control, high and low pressure switch, drier, sightglass, liquid receiver, and liquid and suction line valves. An external electrical isolator is also fitted, and the units are fully pre-wired.
Medium temperature KD Scroll models 1PAL020M to 2PAL075M all qualify for ECA (Enhanced Capital Allowances) under the ETL scheme.
Reflecting the quality of the units, extended warranties are available as standard.
