Daikin completes OYL deal 26 January 2007
Daikin has finally completed the acquisition of OYL. The total purchase price was Yen243.8bn, or a little over £1bn.

THE organisers of the breakaway Chillventa exhibition claim to have received binding pledges for 40% of the target 30,000m2 of space. Nearly 100 national and international air conditioning and refrigeration companies have registered for over 11,000m2 of space for the exhibition which will take place in Nuremberg in October 2008.
