SBS has been in the HVAC market for over 100 years, meaning that they are one of the oldest and largest independent merchants operating in the UK today. With owning 12 branches and a head office based in Blaby, Leicestershire, SBS are strategically located to help with any air conditioning and refrigeration needs. Since founded in 1897, the company still remains family owned, with the 5th generation remaining present in the 250+ workforce. The workforce follows the SBS promise which is service, stock, staff and understanding the customers individual needs, this creates a strong foundation for SBS staff to deliver service and value to every customer. Smith Brothers specialise in distributing pipework, valves, air conditioning and all associated ancillaries and fittings, increasing both product portfolio and geographical coverage. Today, Smith Brothers stockholding is worth in excess of £15 million, with over £1 million solely invested in Daikin products with the investment primarily aimed at decreasing delivery times and plateau any price increases. Since purchasing Daikin products in 2014, our purchasing has surpassed eight figures, meaning that our commitment to the A/C market can not be questioned.
