For the first time ebm-papst have developed biomaterial fans and will be showing them at the Hannover Messe industrial trade fair from 4th-8th April 2011 in Hall 15 / Stand F29.

With ebm-papst driving their GreenTech strategy, they have found that working with materials in a way that conserves resources can achieve substantial energy savings in operation and reduce their dependance on raw materials. Also they can avoid considerable CO2 emissions during production.

The global innovation biomaterial fan has been developed with the toughest of industrial standards, with respect to service life, durability, stability and thermal fluctuation. The new fans benefit from improved damping characteristics and are resistant to corrosion without being painted.

ebm-papst are continually working on reducing the dependance on raw materials, such as oil, where reserves are diminishing.
