Fan Systems Group Ltd is the leading UK manufacturer of bespoke industrial fans and part of the global Witt Group of companies. The company can call on over 60 years of experience, a large range of fans and impellers, as well as the latest research & development from around the world. Fan Systems manufactures its centrifugal and axial fans from a purpose built facility in Yorkshire, where it has been based since 1950. Around that time, Fan Systems started to supply the UK Nuclear Industry and continues to do so today, as one of the few accredited fan suppliers to the Nuclear Industry. In 1993, Fan Systems was acquired by the Witt Group, a German based manufacturer of fans, who have production facilities throughout the world. In addition, it has licenses to manufacture in countries such as Japan, Korea, Canada and Indonesia. Fan Systems has benefited greatly from its takeover by the Witt Group and this has allowed it to enter new, highly specialised markets. Our products are used by some of the worlds most famous companies, including Rolls Royce, Shell, Astra Zeneca, Alstom, Daimler Benz, BNFL as well as being installed on a large number of naval vessels. In 2005 Fan Systems Group Ltd moved into new premises at Holywell Green Halifax, situated within one mile to the M62. With up to date manufacturing equipment and the the latest Hardware & Software including 3D design.
